DVD Duel to the Death
20th Century Fox

The HKgese images are too bright and soft to be convincing. The french and US images have both some qualities, sharper for the US, better compressed for the french. The french edition is slightly cut, as you can see with the missing Cut01 image (see below) or the shorten arm cut (see Cut02 image).

The US DVD presents a nice remix, even if some sound effects are too clear. The Deltamac and HKVidéo present the decent original mono. Forget about the awful mix of Megastar.

The US DVD presents some very annoying differences in the subs compared to the three other ones: the english used is clearly too simple and modern. No english subs on the french DVD of course.

Very few special features overall, despite the quality of the movie. The french DVD is the leader in this field, but without nothing too exciting.

Very nice french packaging and menus, when the other DVDs feature very average menus and covers.

The french DVD is clearly the best choice for french-speaking persons: nice image, nice sound, excellent subs. For those who don't speak french, the answer could be the US DVD with its dynamic sound mix, but the subtitles suck. You'd better learn french for this one, guys!
