I saw that effect on pinup-casinoaz1.com/, though I’m not recommending it. The blur appeared for a second before the content sharpened. After loading, everything was readable and functional. Gameplay didn’t show hiccups. Withdrawals were processed like usual. Support said the blur happened due to a transition script. Overall, my experience was neutral.
