What’s the best way to track your results if you’re on TRT? I want to see if it’s really working, but outside of bloodwork, I’m not sure what to look at. Any advice from people who’ve gone through it?
Great question. I kept a simple journal—just a few notes every day about energy, mood, sleep, and gym progress. My doc also did regular blood tests every couple of months. Don’t underestimate the small stuff—sometimes improvements show up in how you feel long before you see lab results.
I love the idea of tracking with a journal. It probably makes it easier to spot patterns you’d miss otherwise. Might try that for my own training even though I’m not on TRT.
